ELMAG has been with me ever since it was founded by my parents in my school days, where I experienced the first steps in its development "live". My parents understood how to cultivate an incomparable corporate culture from the very beginning, and thus to expand the company step by step into a very successful, medium-sized company.
Since 2019, I have been able to lead our successful family business into the future together with my two colleagues on the management board, Josef Wimmer and Thomas Kubinger; before that, I was already part of the management team in an advisory capacity.
In my role, I mainly deal with systemic leadership, organisational development and strategy. My focus is on nurturing the values that have made ELMAG successful and developing this strong foundation for the future.
Together, we want to create a family-like, inspiring and motivating working environment for all employees, in which they can optimally develop and grow in order to inspire our customers with our product range and excellent customer service. The basis for this is positive, trusting interaction with each other, where team spirit, respect, appreciation and also fun are in the foreground.
In addition to sustainability in all areas, it is also important to me to be able to give something back to the social environment. That is why we support various clubs and organisations in the areas of culture, sports and youth work as well as cancer aid and social organisations. I am happy when we can also set positive accents with this.
Many companies today consider their employees to be their most important capital. ELMAG is among them. Perhaps with the difference that its appreciation of all its employees is really put into practice here at a human and professional level. And with complete consistency. Every day.
Which explains why the company now has a team of 50 people to be proud of, a team that is continuously raising the bar in terms of motivation and professional expertise in an extremely positive working atmosphere. Many employees have been loyal to the company since their apprenticeship because ELMAG continues to prove itself as a first class training and management company. All our employees are always aware in their daily work that every product must be as irreplaceable as they are.
