ELMAG START-UP SERVICE

A high-quality machine is an investment – and it should run reliably right from the very first time it is used. That is exactly what the ELMAG START UP SERVICE is all about. Before your machine leaves our premises, our professionally qualified and trained technicians personally inspect it and subject it to a comprehensive ELMAG quality check. You will not receive a machine that you first have to assemble and set up, but a tested, adjusted and fully operational unit.

From removing the preservative coating to filling gearboxes and applying lubricants, right through to testing all electrical, safety and machine functions, every relevant aspect is checked – including a detailed test run at all power levels. This is how we ensure that the tolerances are correct, all functions work flawlessly and your machine is ready for use exactly when you are.

For you, this means less effort during commissioning, time saved and the certainty of receiving a machine that has been checked and approved by professionals. This personalised service has always been an integral part of ELMAG’s added value – and one of the reasons why our customers trust ELMAG.
