PTO generators from ELMAG - the reliable power source
ELMAG PTO generators are ideal emergency power generators that reliably supply power for pumps, engines and agricultural equipment. With the option of switching between field and domestic operation, they offer maximum flexibility. With IP44 protection and insulation monitoring as standard, the models are perfect for humid environments or rainy conditions without the need for an earthing spike.
Each device has adjustable voltage monitoring, frequency monitoring, unbalanced load monitoring and electronic voltage regulation (AVR). This means that the devices are also suitable for particularly sensitive consumers (e.g. heating controls, feeding systems, milking robots). The robust PTO generators are built on a particularly sturdy tubular frame and can be easily attached to the tractor thanks to the three-point hitch. The base frame not only offers special protection for the devices, but also enables easy transport using front loader forks, pallet trucks or forklifts.

Our optimally shaped control box directs all important displays for setting the device towards the tractor seat. All the display and control elements required for operation are located on the side, providing an optimum overview.

In addition to analogue displays for voltage and frequency, the indicator light is also located on the front: LEDs in red, yellow and green indicate whether the setting process has been carried out correctly. This means that settings can also be made easily and safely at night.
The new digital multifunction module displays all the necessary values - such as the load and voltage for each individual phase as well as the frequency - during operation. This guarantees full control and an overview of the remaining power and phase distribution. High unbalanced loads can be recognised at an early stage - even before the unbalanced load monitoring has to be activated. The devices therefore offer maximum safety.
In mobile applications, the 2-stage BENDER IR 423 iso-monitor ensures perfect user protection: In the event of a minor fault, an LED indicator and the integrated display warn the user, while in the event of a critical fault, the output voltage is switched off to protect the user from the risk of electric shock.

Which PTO generator is the right one?
To ensure optimum performance and reliability, there are a few points to consider when purchasing a PTO generator - we will be happy to provide you with expert advice and assistance:
Power and capacity: does the generator's output match the power requirements of your agricultural equipment? Make sure there is enough power for peak loads!
Tractor - PTO generator power ratio: The tractor should have approx. 2.5 times the engine power (hp) as the PTO generator (kVA). This ensures stable operation.
AVR control: All ELMAG PTO generators are equipped with AVR control for optimum voltage stability. Fluctuations in static operation are only +/- 1%, which is equivalent to the quality in the public grid.
