Quality has always been a high priority at ELMAG.
Anyone who promises quality should also be able to present it to the outside world and make it credible. And even before the customer makes his own experiences with the purchased product. For this reason, ELMAG already implemented the ISO 9001 quality management system in the company in 1998. This standard increasingly gains in value and importance every day due to the vitality of the continuous improvement process.
ISO proves that the continuous improvement of processes and workflows is „put into practice“ actively at ELMAG. This ensures and documents that our customers are always served quickly, consistently and flexibly.
ELMAG stands not only for product quality, but also for process quality, quality of thinking, quality of consulting, quality of service and, last but not least, for safety quality due to the safety cert.
