Enter www.elmag.at/[article number] in the address bar of your browser.

For example, would you like to view the "Meister 610" compressor? Then simply type: www.elmag.at/10031.

Don't yet have a customer account or a log-in for our online shop?

1. Click on the "Customer login" symbol at the top right of the elmag.at homepage
2. On the right-hand side, select the appropriate option "Register as" (end customer/commercial customer/dealer) and click on the button below it
3. Fill in the fields and click on "Create an account" (or "Submit" in the dealer enquiry form)
4. As an end and commercial customer, you can use the online shop immediately!

Dealer enquiries are processed by us as quickly as possible and shop access is activated.

Are you already registered in our system as a customer (with a customer number) and would like to register one or more users for our web shop?

1. Click on the "Customer login" symbol at the top right of the elmag.at homepage
2. On the left-hand side next to the "Login" button, click on "Forgot your password?"
3. Enter the e-mail address with which you would like to register in our shop and click on "Reset my password". The e-mail address also serves as the user name for logging in.
4. You will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address you entered asking you to enter a new password.
5. Enter your desired password for the log-in.
6. That's it! You can now log in to our online shop with your e-mail address and password.

The user account will be linked to the customer account stored in our system.
An unlimited number of users can be linked to one customer account.

Important: With our new homepage we have changed from "Log in with user name" to "Log in with e-mail address".

1. Click on the "Customer login" symbol at the top right of the elmag.at homepage
2. On the left-hand side next to the "Login" button, click on "Forgot your password?"
3. Enter the e-mail address you used to register in our shop. Click on "Reset my password". The e-mail address also serves as the user name for logging in.
4. You will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address you entered asking you to enter a new password.
5. Enter your desired password for the log-in.
6. That's it! You can now log in to our online shop using your e-mail address and password.

For data protection reasons, your e-mail address is encrypted in the login information field.
