How to register

To register a product for the 3-year ELMAG warranty you need

- a user account (simply create one at https://www.elmag.at/de/customer/account/login/ )
- the proof of purchase (as a PDF, JPG, PNG, GIF, DOC or DOCX file)
- the serial number of the corresponding product

Logged-in ELMAG customers will find the "Product registration" function in the "My user account" area.

Here you can send your registration request, which will be checked by us and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

You will also see an overview of all the ELMAG products you have registered and the registration status.

All products (*1) with a serial number are eligible for the 3-year ELMAG warranty.

You will be informed of any exceptions and restrictions during the registration process and you will also find information in our General Terms and Conditions.

(*1) Stationary machines

A limited warranty extension of up to 3 years is possible for stationary machines.
This only includes the free provision of spare parts or materials; expenses for installation, repair or labour are expressly not included.
