I have been part of the ELMAG family since 1995. After my apprenticeship as a wholesale merchant in the then still small ELMAG team, I was responsible for IT, IT and advertising, among other things.
Over the years, ELMAG has developed into a full-range supplier and offers generators and emergency power solutions in practically all designs and performance classes. The generator team is also growing steadily and I am particularly pleased to be able to lead and develop this creative and competent team.
My main areas of responsibility:
- Power generator product management (development, planning, purchasing and sales, etc.)
- Supervision of major projects (special power generator projects, public facilities, etc.)
- Supervision of infrastructure measures (energy supply, site expansions, sustainability, renewable energies, etc.)
- Insurance and vehicle fleet management
I am particularly pleased that we at ELMAG can build on a long tradition and long-standing employees. Like me, many have already completed their apprenticeship at ELMAG. This leads to a unique team spirit and welds us together.
I spend my free time with my wife and 2 children, my friends, on excursions, in my own garden or on a bike tour.
Many companies today consider their employees to be their most important capital. ELMAG is among them. Perhaps with the difference that its appreciation of all its employees is really put into practice here at a human and professional level. And with complete consistency. Every day.
Which explains why the company now has a team of 50 people to be proud of, a team that is continuously raising the bar in terms of motivation and professional expertise in an extremely positive working atmosphere. Many employees have been loyal to the company since their apprenticeship because ELMAG continues to prove itself as a first class training and management company. All our employees are always aware in their daily work that every product must be as irreplaceable as they are.
