My career at ELMAG began in August 1986 with an apprenticeship as a wholesale clerk. As we were still a small team, I was soon able to do office work as well as warehouse and service work and was thus able to gain knowledge in all areas at an early stage.
Due to the continuous positive development of the business, the areas of responsibility were divided up over the years. My current field of activity includes marketing, telephone sales and purchasing (Taiwan, China).

The ISO 9001 certification was a big step towards securing our common future, and the internal training courses in particular were a major development for ALL of us. As Quality Manager, I am now able to work with the management to monitor the continuous improvement process (CIP) that has been introduced and constantly develop it further together with all my colleagues.
My somewhat scarce free time belongs to my family and our newly built house. I also enjoy reading and am interested in all kinds of music (I am also active in a club myself) and sport.
Many companies today consider their employees to be their most important capital. ELMAG is among them. Perhaps with the difference that its appreciation of all its employees is really put into practice here at a human and professional level. And with complete consistency. Every day.
Which explains why the company now has a team of 50 people to be proud of, a team that is continuously raising the bar in terms of motivation and professional expertise in an extremely positive working atmosphere. Many employees have been loyal to the company since their apprenticeship because ELMAG continues to prove itself as a first class training and management company. All our employees are always aware in their daily work that every product must be as irreplaceable as they are.
