  • Halbautomatische Sägeautomaten

    Speziell zur Trennung von Rohrbögen mit einem Maximaldurchmesser von 280 beziehungsweise 450 mm wurden die Workline 280 RB und die Workline 450 RB entwickelt. Rohrbögen von 45° bis maximal 180° können mit dieser Säge effizient getrennt werden. Die Sägen der Linie Workline sind prinzipiell mit einem Schwenklager ausgestattet und problemlos in Fertigungsstraßen integrierbar. Die Sägen der Workline-RB-Reihe sind laut Bomar prinzipiell mit einem Schwenklager ausgestattet leicht in bestehende System integrierbar. Ihr Antrieb leistet 2,2 bis 3,0 kW und über Frequenzrichter ist die Bandgeschwindigkeit zwischen 20 und 120 m/min stufenlos regelbar. Die Abmessungen betragen 1070 mm × 2500 mm × 1450 mm (L/B/H).

    Zur Standardausstattung der halbautomatischen Sägeautomaten gehört das ADFR-System. Es reguliert automatisch das Zusammenspiel von Schnittdruck und Schnittvorschub in Echtzeit. Über einen Sensor wird die aktuelle Belastung des Sägebandes erfasst und der Schnittvorschub gemäß der Materialform angepasst. Bei größeren Querschnitten des Materials verlängert sich der Schnittkanal und die Belastung des Sägebandes nimmt zu. Wird der Schnittvorschub in diesen Bereichen nicht automatisch angepasst, nimmt die Standzeit des Sägebandes drastisch ab oder die Schnittzeit wird durch einen geringeren Vorschub wesentlich verlängert.
