      • BOMAR automatic metal band saw model Individual 520.360 GANC

        The Individual 520.360 GH is a versatile, semi-automatic mitre bandsaw with a two-column design for cuts from 0° to 60°, which is fully equipped to meet even the highest demands. The saw frame is moved on play-free pre-tensioned linear guides. Just the standard equipment of the machine includes an infinitely variable, high-performance saw blade drive, precision carbide saw blade guides, automatic cutting pressure regulation, a digital cutting speed display, a motorised chip clearing brush, a freely adjustable control panel, a hydraulic full stroke clamping cylinder, electronic saw blade tension and saw blade breakage monitoring, and a modern control system with simple operation and machine diagnostics in plain text on an illuminated display. A wide range of additional equipment is available for the machine, such as roller conveyors and stops, minimum lubrication system, laser liner and bundle tensioning device etc.
