      • CPTX-I INDUSTRIE devices with inverter technology

        CPTX-I INDUSTRIE devices offer the highest welding performance at 100% duty cycle in MIG/MAG (up to max. 500 amperes) and DC STICK/MMA/E manual range (up to max. 400 Amperes), are highly resilient in flexible continuous operation and have a sufficient range of characteristic curves for processing fine to heavy plates in the steel, stainless steel or chrome-nickel range.

      • Synergy programs for perfect welding

        In addition to standard programs such as 2-stroke, 4-stroke, 4-stroke with start & end crater current, 4-stroke with end crater current repetition and spot welding function, proven synergy programs are available to the shielding gas welder that accelerate the adjustment process and optimise wire feed.

        The CPTX meet the highest demands on the repeatability of welding processes and enable a clear definition of welding parameters for inclusion in a quality assurance system.

        On the software side, the series extension offers solid wire and cored wire programmes as well as the option to save up to 30 individual jobs.

        The machines are primarily based on the energy-saving EU Directive 2009/125/EC and the corresponding “Ecodesign requirements for welding machines”.

      • Flexible space for shielding gas welder

        The feed and control unit of the CPTX-I model can be rotated, easily detached for positioning on the welding table and equipped with a 2-m intermediate hose package. With the intermediate hose package available as an option, ranges up to 20 m can be achieved. The wheel set for long welding sections in steel construction, on assembly lines and construction sites is a particularly useful feature.

      • Liquid cooling hose package

        A hose package with liquid cooling provides optimal cooling of the welding torch, even at the highest welding performance and duty cycle. Ideal for use in series production.
