      • Product description

        The MSM MAXI models are fully automatic compressed air systems for distribution networks in trade and industry. Versions with 10 or 13 bar are available. The standard version of all models includes: electronic control ES 4000 Basic, star-delta start-up circuit, efficient cooling, external oil level control, low noise level, operating hours counter, and much more.

      • MSM MAXI D and DF including compressed air tank and refrigeration dryer

        The all-in-one compressed air system 'D' with MDX refrigerant dryer is designed for applications requiring particularly high compressed air quality with a low and stable pressure dew point. The 'DF' version is also equipped with pre-filter and fine filter and produces technically oil-free compressed air (class 1-4-2 according to ISO 8573-1). Automatic (level-controlled) condensate drainage with refrigeration dryer and filter included.

      • Intelligent monitoring, control and safety

        The ES 4000 Basic controller provides advanced monitoring and easy configuration for daily tasks and control of operations.

        - Icon-based display including pressure and temperature
        - Operating hours, load in hours
        - Maintenance messages
        - Error alarms
        - Quick pressure setting directly on the control unit
        - Remote controlled start/stop
        - Automatic restart after power failure

      • Pre-filter and fine filter mounted directly on the refrigerant dryer (DF version only)

        1. Pre-filter on the refrigerant dryer inlet for general protection. Removes solid particles, liquid water and oil aerosols (filter grade of 0.01?).

        2. Fine filter on the refrigerant dryer outlet removes the last particles and oil residues. Separation efficiency 99.9%, residual oil content 0.1 mg/m3

        3. Automatic condensate drainage controlled by floats.

      • Intelligent condensate drain - Advantages:

        - Only water, NO compressed air is drained = energy savings
        - Low noise, no noise pollution = protection of the environment
