      • Product description

        The MSM MAXI models are fully automatic compressed air centers for distribution networks in commercial and industrial applications. Versions with 10 or 13 bar are available. The following is included as standard on all models: electronic control ES 4000 Basic, star-delta starting circuit, efficient cooling, external oil level control, low noise level, operating hours counter, and much more.

      • MSM MAXI D and DF incl. compressed air tank and refrigeration dryer

        The all-in-one compressed air system 'D' with MDX refrigeration dryer is for applications that require particularly high compressed air quality with a low and stable pressure dew point. The 'DF' version is additionally equipped with a pre-filter and fine filter and produces technically oil-free compressed air (class 1-4-2 according to ISO 8573-1). Automatic (level-controlled) condensate drainage with refrigeration dryer and filter included.

      • Intelligent monitoring, control and security

        The ES 4000 Basic controller provides advanced monitoring and easy configuration for daily tasks and control of operations.

        - Icon-based display including pressure and temperature indicators
        - Operating hours, load in hours
        - Maintenance messages
        - Error alarms
        - Quick pressure setting directly on the control unit
        - Remote controlled start/stop
        - Automatic restart after power failure

      • Pre-filter mounted directly on the refrigeration dryer

        1. Pre-filter on the refrigeration dryer outlet for general protection. Removes solid particles, liquid water and oil aerosols (filter grade of 0.1µm).
        2. Automatic condensate drainage controlled by float.

      • Intelligent condensate drain
