  • liteflip autopilot welding helmet

    Fully automatic welding helmet (manual setting of protection levels no longer necessary) with flip function for clear view. True colour reproduction, automatic darkening glare protection cassette in the protection level range 4/5-14M with autopilot (automatic protection level adaptation), +/- 2 individual protection level adjustment, sensitivity setting and opening delay without/with twilight function.

  • Autopilot with protection level 1 / 4 / 5–14

    With a protection level range of 5 to 14 and fully automated adjustment, the optrel liteflip autopilot can be combined to achieve things never seen before: all work steps, such as measurement, testing, grinding and a wide range of welding processes, can be achieved without having to make any adjustments at all to the helmet or even having to take it off. The welder always has the best possible protection.

  • True colour vision

    A specially developed UV/IR filter allows realistic perception of colour as is typical of optrel and brings colour into the world of the welder.

  • Twilight function

    Sudden opening of conventional glare protection cassettes has been replaced by a patented twilight function which allows the cassette to open gradually from dark to light and protects your eyes.

  • A lightweight

    With a weight of only 530g, the liteflip autopilot is one of the lightest flip-up welding helmets on the market. It reduces the stresses on the head and neck to a minimum and always feels comfortable, even during long jobs.

  • Breathing protection

    The liteflip autopilot is ideal in combination with the optrel e3000X blower respirator. With an integrated particle filter of the highest class (TH3), the welder’s airways are effectively protected against smoke, aerosol and dust.

  • Areas of application

    All electrical welding methods: electrode welding (stick welding, SMAW)/MIG?MAG (metal inert gas welding, GMAW)/GMAW high-power welding/cored wire welding/TIG welding (TIG, GTAW)/plasma welding/plasma cutting/gas welding/grinding
