Product-Highlights	Lightweight centre lather, 1,100 watts The PROFI 914/150 model has all the characteristics of a modern universal lathe: Good speed and feed selection, longitudinal and lateral feed, feed reversal, powerful feed shaft for high cutting performance and fine machining, precise lead screw for thread machining, rotary spindle selector shaft for clockwise or anti-clockwise rotation and straightforward, safe operation. With a maximum turning diameter over slide of Ø 178 x 914 mm and a spindle bore of Ø 38 mm, the PROFI 914/150 meets virtually all the needs of car and body workshops, lightweight engineering and installation companies. The machine is equipped with a spindle lock to prevent simultaneous engagement of the lead and feed spindles - which helps to ensure safe turning in training workshops and vocational colleges. The PROFI 914/150 is driven by a powerful 1,100 watt motor. Nine speed and 16 feed levels offer a good choice for the right cutting speed. Easily comprehensible tables on the spindle head for 36 metric and 20 imperial threads, spindle and feed gearbox which runs in an oil bath is easy to change and a precise tool carriage makes the life of the machining technician easier. The PROFI 914/150 model comes with a tool cabinet subframe and comprehensive standard features at a good price, oil filling and test run included. A digital position display from SINO for optimal position control, a coolant system and other optional extras such as a RÖHM chuck are offered as options.
