Product-Highlights

  • Precise surface grinding

    HSG surface grinding machines are designed for fine grinding (finishing) of metal surfaces. These machines enable precise production of sealing, running and fitting surfaces with specific tolerances.

  • High grinding quality and accuracy

    Fine grinding requires a low-vibration grinding process with high concentricity. MSG and HSG models are therefore built on a heavy cast iron base. The grinding spindle runs in high-quality precision bearings. The grinding wheel can be sharpened with a honing device directly on the machine. A balancing stand is included in the delivery. All models are equipped with a two-axis position indicator from SINO. This measuring system (display accuracy 0.001 mm) enables precise adjustment of the grinding head and the grinding table and offers outstanding production performance, even in manual mode. On AL and ALV models, an automatic central lubrication system with lubrication pressure pump ensures constant smooth running on all guideways and lead screws.

  • Optimal HandlingRapid

    clamping, releasing and demagnetizing of workpieces - the electromagnetic clamping plate as the core piece of the machine facilitates workpiece handling, is extremely time-saving and offers the highest possible throughput capacity and repeat accuracy in series production.

    Semi-automatic surface grinding machine with infinitely variable longitudinal drive, rapid traverse for transverse grinding table and vertical grinding head. Automatic crossfeed. Ideal for one-off production and small batches.
