  • Powerful, motorized beading machinesThe

    proven AKM 4.0 mm beading machine is mainly used in industrial plant and ventilation construction as well as in sheet metal and insulation operations.

    Thanks to a motor output of 2,200 watts, it is possible to process flat or cylindrically shaped fine and medium sheets up to 4.0 mm.

    The machines are equipped with three easily exchangeable professional roll sets.

    Thanks to a shaft length of 260 mm and an adjustable depth stop, it is also possible to produce deep-set stiffening profiles. Both steel shafts are in heavy-duty precision bronze plain bearings.

    Adjustment of the follower roller is carried out by means of a mechanical adjustment device. For sheet thicknesses from 2 mm, the use of a hydraulically adjustable follow roller is recommended (special accessory).
