  • DI bandsaws - true greatness

    Extremely robust, very powerful, semi-automatic cutting cycle, high throughput - DI bandsaws are designed for efficient, precise cutting of medium to large cross-sections and for bundle processing of rod materials. Ideal e.g. for civil engineering, heavy machinery construction, piping, boiler and heat exchanger construction etc. Special roller conveyors on DI models facilitate handling of heavy bar materials (optional extra).

  • Sizes and cutting quality

    DI bandsaws are available up to a maximum cutting range of 620x450 mm. All DI models are equipped with cutting pressure control and allow adaptation of the saw frame feed to the material - ideal e.g. for thin-walled pipes. The 650 DI models are equipped with an infinitely variable speed controller for optimizing the cutting speed.

  • 420 DI - 60-0-60°Semi-automatic

    double mitre bandsaw with very high throughput, cutting sizes up to 550x400 mm. Infinitely adjustable speed, mitre adjustment on both sides up to 60°.
