  • Universal use

    The hydraulically driven HGS-A swing cut shears cut powerfully through all sheet thicknesses up to 6.0 or 8.0 mm. Their super-hard, precision ground special steel blades always leave a clean, straight cut.

  • CybTouch - very user-friendly

    A new world of cut-to-size programming opens up with the integrated standard CybTouch control. Everything works in seconds on the high-resolution colour touch screen. A press of the button is sufficient to set up the machine, insert the sheet metal, press the start button - and the cut sheet metal section falls off.

  • Cutting gap can be set quickly

    A big advantage when it comes to changing the operating mode is the central
    cut gap setting. With one lever rotation, the entire
    blade length is set for the sheet thickness and material type.

  • Excellent throughput

    HGS-A models provide very high throughput rates with 15 to 24 strokes. To optimise machine handling, all
    models can be upgraded with automatic kerf and stroke
    adjustment (only with HGS-A CNC control).

  • TECHNICAL INFO - swing cut technology

    Swing-cut sheet metal shears enable very precise cutting of sheet metal with a straight cut. They offer high dimensional stability even with large sheet thicknesses.

    When using swing-cutting systems, the cutter bar is guided with the
    top blade in a narrow circular arc. The upper blade
    initially stands vertically above the lower blade and is moved away from the lower blade during the swing cut. At the same time, the backgauge releases the plate so that the separated piece of sheet metal can fall off.
