  • CBN-coated grinding wheels

    Deliver sensational sharpening results at very high speed and without annealing. The particular heat conductivity of the CBN (boron nitride crystals) dissipates the friction heat created into the disc, which prevents the blade from hardening and hardly any sparks are created. CBN has a higher thermal stability than diamond and is ideal for sharpening HSS tools because of the low wear.

  • DBG - 3 in 1

    The drill grinding machine in the DBG series is used to grind spiral drill made of HSS and carbide. There are grinding stations in the machine for grinding the point angle, the clearance angle and for split point machining.

    Special CBN or SDC diamond grinding discs are used, which are chosen depending on the drill material.

  • SDC-coated grinding wheels

    Metal-coated synthetic diamond for sharpening carbide drill.

  • Optional extras:

    Grinding wheel SDC for DBG 315 W order No. 61006

  • Now free with both models

    Collet holder and collet set ER 20 or ER 40
