  • BENDER RCMA423 RCCB sensitive to all currents

    Alternating current devices in combination with electronic loads or with inverters/frequency converters
    can cause AC and DC residual currents that are not detected with conventional residual current circuit breakers.

    Universal current-sensitive residual current circuit breakers detect AC residual currents of all frequencies and are equipped with an additional
    summation current transformer for electronic evaluation of DC residual currents. In the event of a fault, the generator
    is switched off in good time.

    Especially when it comes to supplying electronic devices in the commercial and industrial sector, such as inverters and frequency converters, controllers, power supply units, etc., the use of an universal current-sensitive
    residual current circuit breaker is an important element in personal protection and
    fire safety. Installation is regulated by the provisions and guidelines of VDE 0100, VDE 0160 and BGI 608, among others.
