      • Precise grinding outside and insideThe

        The circular grinding machines of the CG series machine shafts and bores down to an accuracy of 0.001 mm. They are used for precision grinding of hardened surfaces, outer and inner bearing seats, fitted, running and sliding surfaces.
        The rotating spindle has a lockable design for creating ground surfaces on shafts.

      • Wide range of applicationsThe

        CG circular grinding machines allow machining of shafts from a diameter of 8 mm to 320 mm and holes from 13 mm to 100 mm.

        By rotating the spindle or the grinding table, grinding angles up to 45-0-45° and conical gradients of 3 or 9° can be achieved.

        The grinding length of the automatic longitudinal feed is adjustable. Shorter grinding lengths have to be covered manually – with the same degree of precision and simplicity. The maximum permissible workpiece weight is 80/150 kg.

        Continuously adjustable speeds offer sufficient scope for setting the optimal grinding speed. The longitudinal feed speed is continuously adjustable between 0.1 and 4 m/min.

      • With digital position display

        The machines are equipped with a measuring and display system (accuracy 0.001 mm). The grinding disc is therefore controlled and can be adjusted extremely precisely.

      • Simple operationThe

        workpiece is clamped on a three-jaw chuck, on a driving plate or between centres. The tailstock can be locked hydraulically. Thin workpieces are supported by a fixed rest. The machine is equipped with a rapid traverse drive for the longitudinal and transverse axes and offers very simple operation in manual and automatic mode:

        - Set the grinding wheel on the workpiece

        the grinding removal - Actuate the longitudinal feed manually using the handwheel or
