Induction heaters: Large selection and many possible applications
ELMAG induction heaters are available in a wide variety of designs and are therefore suitable for a wide range of applications. Depending on the model, these include derusting, processing chassis/body parts, preheating for welding and much more.
The IT 3.5K230 KB model is a mobile version and can be easily transported by hand thanks to the attached carrying handle. All other models have castors and are mobile. All ELMAG induction heaters are supplied with a hose package with induction heating head.
Lightweight and easy to transport: Our HEAT-CHAMP induction heaters
Our portable HEAT-CHAMP induction heat ers are light, powerful and ideal for disassembly work. The components are heated in a flash within a few seconds without contact. Through electromagnetic induction, heat is only emitted into conductive materials. As a result, non-conductive components such as glass, rubber and plastic are largely spared from the heat.
Induction heaters can also be used in flammable environments because they are completely flameless. The coils are heat-resistant up to a temperature of 1,050°C. The built-in microprocessor control, a perfectly tuned induction frequency, as well as an integrated mains filter ensure a long service life of the spirals and maximum operational safety. The HEAT-CHAMP units comply with the EN 55011 EMC directive and are offered as a set in a case with 3 induction spirals as standard.

Removal of smaller claddings, stickers, foils, insulating material, etc.
Heating of metal sheets and plates, e.g. to remove small hail dents
Removal of sealants and fillers
Easy disassembly and assembly of components
Flameless heating and loosening of stuck/rusted parts (e.g. stuck screws, nuts, hinges, spark plugs, plug connections, etc.)
