Diamond grinding wheels - ELMAG FULL-FACE

The ELMAG FULL-FACE is a versatile grinding and cutting tool. It can be used universally by any craftsman for shaping, grinding and cutting. As a cutting tool, it can also mill wider grooves due to the diamond coating on both sides and reduces 'flutter'.

Sharp diamond cutting discs at all times

During the cutting process, the dead weight of the cutting head or the cut-off machine is usually sufficient. Additional strong contact pressure can lead to blunting of the cutting edges. A blunt diamond cutting disc "polishes" during cutting instead of cutting. This forces the user to apply more pressure. The remedy is regular resharpening of the diamond cutting disc with a diamond sharpening stone. This ensures a long service life of the diamond cutting disc.

Flexibility through manual guidance: the PROFILER

The ELMAG PROFILER has two stop rings with ball bearings that act like a built-in template. This ensures that heights and depths are precisely maintained. The upper bearing guides the tool along the surface and prevents cutting too deep or too high. The lower bearing moves along the edge of the workpiece to follow its exact path.

With a simple angle grinder, the most common profile shapes can be produced directly on site. Our profile grinders are available in all common shapes: round profile 'B', carnis profile 'F', quarter round profile 'H'. Half round profile 'V' and chamfer profile 'E'. You do not need to purchase an expensive wet cutting machine or set up a heavy workbench.
