Brick cutting machines for top performance

Whether serial cuts of single or double-fired bricks, facing bricks, hard concrete blocks, stone steps and other resistant building materials - the powerful, three-phase current-driven ZSM brick cutting machines master every material. This makes them the ideal machines for demanding cuts on construction sites, in road, water and avalanche shoring.

The supplied quality diamond cutting discs with large cutting radius allow a cutting depth of 200 mm and in reverse cut of 380 mm.

Brick cutting machines ZSM 900 | ZSM 1030

High performance, simple operation

With a very high cutting performance and a powerful drive motor of 7.5 or 9 kW, the ZSM models are among the top products in brick cutting technology. During development, special emphasis was placed on convenient operation. The machine offers easy-to-use adjustment and guidance options for cutting depth, cutting length and cutting angle.

Best product and work safety

The 700/900/1,000 mm quality diamond cutting disc is driven indirectly via V-belts. In the event of a blockage, overloading of the saw blade is impossible. The cutting head is equipped with a generously dimensioned protective bonnet. The ZSM 1030/1000 is fed protected by a handwheel on the side of the machine. The ZSM 900 model is supplied as a set with a cutting table.
