Shopping cart
Select the products you would like to order on the product pages by clicking on the "shopping cart" button. This will place your selection in the shopping cart. You can access the current shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top right. You can change the shopping cart at any time until you submit your order by changing the number of products, deleting the selection by clicking the X button ("Remove") or cancelling the order process. Clicking on the button "Proceed to checkout" will take you to the next ordering step.
Checkout
Please log in with your user name and password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations (data protection notice). Your data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. If you are already registered, you will be taken to the next ordering step.
1.) Select or create billing address
In the next step you can select an existing billing address or create a new one.
2.) Select or create delivery address
You can define an alternative delivery address.
3.) Select shipping method
Now select the desired shipping method.
4.) Select payment method
Now select the desired payment method. If you pay online, you will be automatically redirected to the payment page after placing your order.
5.) Complete order process / General terms and conditions and cancellation policy
You will receive an overview of your order. Check that all the details are correct and please read the General Terms and Conditions and the cancellation policy carefully. You can only continue with the order if you agree to the General Terms and Conditions and the cancellation policy (tick the box). By clicking the button "Buy now" you send your order to us.
If you pay online, you will be redirected to the payment page after clicking on "Buy now".
After payment, you will automatically be redirected back to the shop.
