      • MT-Nign (2.4155) for repair welds to cast iron

        Basic-graphite coated pure nickel electrode, can be used universally on cast iron with lamellar graphite, DIN 1691, for example
        GG 10 to GG 35, and white and black malleable cast iron, DIN 1692. After welding short weld beads (30 - 50 mm),
        immediately hammer off beads to relieve tension.
        With DC negative pole: Pulsed arc with deep penetration, good flank formation and flat welds.
        With DC positive pole: Higher welding speed,
        low penetration, high seams.
