Welbee enables high-quality welding by means of precise control of the current/voltage curve via ultra fast control circuits. The supervisors can monitor the welding process and retrieve data for quality assurance via the integrated USB port. Excellent arc stability, optimized digital arc start, reduction of welding spatter by up to 80%, excellent seam appearance & flat seam surfaces, high welding speed, large gap bridging, pulse, wave (double) pulse, synergy characteristics, saving & loading of 100 individual jobs are just some of the features that set this series apart! Optimised digital arc start by modelling the wire end - The digital turbo start increases ignition safety when welding stainless steel. - The novel end pulse function models the free end of the wire after welding. - Significant reduction of the fault points in starting. Spatter reduction of up to 80% in LOW SPATTER mode (WB-P500L) Due to the smaller spatter size and the associated lower inherent energy, adhesion to components and/or tools is avoided. In 'Low Spatter Mode', the spatter development at medium and high currents is reduced by up to 80% compared to conventional inverters. Excellent seam appearance and flat weld seam - The melting bath is better controlled by forcing a short circuit in cycles, thus allowing a flat and uniform weld - Even with high-speed welding, fusion problems and seam unevenness are minimised Increase in welding speed - A larger tolerance range for the lower stress limit reduces the tendency for spatter - even with high-speed welding - Flat weld seam with optimum temperature profile and high penetration depth What is pulse welding technology? - With pulse welding, two currents are generated alternately (pulse current, base current) - In the pulse current phase, the drop to be detached is formed and then detached in a controlled manner by the “pinch effect” How does wave (double) pulse welding work? “Wave Pulse” modulates the welding current and feed speed in intervals, thereby controlling the melt.
