Whether serial cutting of single or double fired bricks, overlays, blocks of hard concrete, stone steps or other tough construction materials - the powerful three-phase current motor of the ZSM brick cutting machines masters the most challenging cuts on construction sites, in road construction, water protection and avalanche dams.
The high-quality diamond cutting discs supplied have a large cutting radius, allowing cutting depths of 200 mm. 380 mm is possible in reverse cutting.

Easy operation

During development, particular attention was paid to convenient handling. The machine offers easy-to-use setting and guiding options for cutting depth, cutting length and cutting angle.

High product and work safety

The drive of the 700/900/1,000 mm quality diamond cutting discs is provided indirectly via V-belts. In the event of a blockage, overload of the saw blade is prevented.
The cutting head is equipped with a large protective cover. The feed on the ZSM 1030/1000 is protected by a handwheel on the machine side. ZSM 900 models with cutting table.
