    Tapered mandrels for increased safety due to unique, non-slip, solution-based chuck fixing on machine tools with tightening spindle.

    Product selection: Pay attention to the dimensions of the taper on the machine tool and the chuck and the thread diameter of the tightening spindle.

  • Tech info: Conical mandrel with tangs

    Allows positive locking of a chuck in the tool holder (Morse taper MK) of a machine tool.
    The drill chuck is fitted with a short blow on the insert pin of the conical mandrel. This unit is centred in the Morse cone of the machine spindle and fixed with a positive connection.
    A drill drift is required for disassembly, unless the machine is equipped with a tool ejector.
