      • ELMAG reels

        Robust and compact ELMAG reels enable practical and safe transport of all types of liquid and gaseous media by means of flexible hoses.

        These are available in different variants:
        - Fixed or swivel
        - Steel, stainless steel AISI 304 and composite materials
        - Manual (return spring) or motorised (electric, pneumatic or hydraulic) drive

        ELMAG hose reels can be used for the following media:

        - Compressed air / water (20 bar): workshop, assembly, workstation system
        - Water (100 / 200 / 400 bar): cleaning
        - Oil, antifreeze and similar products (150 bar): workshop, refuelling systems
        - Grease (400 bar): workshop, industrial
        - Petrol, diesel and kerosene (10 bar): workshop, refuelling systems
        - Welding gases (20 bar): industry, welding workstations
        - LPG and natural gases (20 bar): refuelling systems, welding workstations

      • Automatic hose reel in ATEX design

        ATEX stands for 'ATmosphére EXplosible' and is the abbreviation for the European Directive 94/9/EC for distribution of explosion-proof electrical and mechanical equipment, components and protective systems.

        - Drum/bracket: painted steel
        - Swivel joint: galvanised steel

      • Area of application:

        - Machine refuelling, workshops, maintenance companies, agriculture, CNC manufacturing companies
