The coronavirus crisis is a matter of great concern to us all and poses great challenges to our economy and society. We at ELMAG want to approach the health of our employees and partners in an extremely responsible way. We make decisions quickly and carefully for the good of our company, our employees and our customers.
It is now even more apparent that our employees in our family-run company stand together like one big family #together - together we will overcome the challenges and even take advantage of the opportunities in the crisis!
Below you will find various questions and answers that may be of interest to you:
Is ELMAG open?
Yes! Our Presentation and Competence Centre in Ried/Tumeltsham is open and can be visited in accordance with the current guidelines (face mask, social distancing) and collection of products in person is also possible. Our employees are partly working for you from home and partly in the office, with only minor restrictions.
Your orders can be accepted and fulfilled as usual via our online shop, by email or by phone.
We are available by phone and also in person from Monday to Thursday 8:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00, and Friday 8:00-12:00.
Is advice available?
Yes! Consultations are possible by telephone or email and also via video conference by prior arrangement.
Demonstrations of equipment can be carried out on our premises by prior telephone appointment.


Are deliveries being made as usual?
Your orders will be processed as quickly as possible. All products are currently being shipped without restrictions.
Our logistics partners are also facing great challenges at the moment, but they guarantee to deliver your order as quickly as possible. In individual cases there may be slight delays which are beyond our control.
What about product availability?
Currently we have almost all commonly used products in stock in sufficient quantities. Many supplier companies have already started production again. You can easily check the availability of individual products in our online shop. If the article you require is not available at the moment, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with information. 
How are service activities carried out on site?
Within Austria, we can already carry out service work and repairs on site at the user’s premises, in compliance with the relevant safety measures. Due to the situation, we are of course prioritising important repairs at the moment and postponing others to later dates. We can also rely on our service partners. Please contact us as necessary!
