The product offered is guaranteed by the manufacturer or seller.
Warranty conditions:
The manufacturer/seller ELMAG Entwicklungs und Handels GmbH grants a 2-year or, if registered at https://www.elmag.at/de/home/3jahre, a 3-year guarantee on the product advertised with the guarantee promise. Registration is possible retroactively for up to 3 months from the date of purchase. The period for calculating the warranty period begins on the date of delivery. The geographical scope of the manufacturer's/seller's guarantee extends to the country in which the customer is resident.
If material defects or manufacturing defects occur in the product you have purchased during this period, the manufacturer/seller, as the guarantor, will provide you with one of the following services at its discretion within the scope of this guarantee:
repair of the product free of charge or
free replacement of the product with an equivalent item

A prerequisite for claiming warranty service is that the guarantor is enabled to examine the warranty case (e.g. by sending in the product). Care must be taken to ensure that damage to the product during transport is avoided by using secure packaging. When applying for warranty service, a copy of the delivery note must be enclosed with the product consignment so that the guarantor can check whether the warranty period has been observed. Without a copy of the delivery note, the guarantor may refuse to honour the guarantee. You must also provide the name and address of the retailer who delivered the product to you, if this information cannot be found on the copy of the delivery note.
In the case of justified warranty claims, the warranty will be processed carriage paid for you in any case, i.e. the guarantor will reimburse any shipping costs for the outward shipment. If it is necessary to dismantle the product in order to send it to the guarantor, you will have to bear the costs of dismantling yourself.
Important note: This guarantee does not restrict your statutory rights in the event of defects and you can make a claim free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights against us therefore remain unaffected by this guarantee promise. This guarantee promise by the manufacturer/seller therefore does not infringe your statutory rights, but rather extends your legal position. If the purchased item is defective, you can always contact us within the scope of the warranty, regardless of whether a warranty claim exists or the warranty is utilised.
