I have been working for ELMAG since September 2011.

As a trained agricultural machinery technician, I have already gained a lot of experience in the areas of customer service, repair and complaints handling.

My responsibilities are the coordination of repairs, technical repairs, as well as advice on the phone.

I devote most of my free time to my family, my farming and the volunteer fire brigade.
