        apply further pressure. The regular resharpening of the diamond cutting disc by cutting into
        a diamond sharpening stone offers a remedy here - for a long service life of your diamond
        cutting disc.

      • Sharpening instructions

        SHARPENING INSTRUCTIONS

        1. Make intensive, shallow sharpening cuts (segment height only) until the pits are no longer visible.
        2. After a few cuts, switch the machine off and allow the blade to run out with light pressure in the sharpening stone.
        Please repeat this process several times.
        3. The disc is sharpened when new angular diamonds are exposed (see illustration)

        If the disc goes blunt again after a short time, discs with soft binding should be used.
        If the wear is too great, the use of discs with harder binding is required, even if the cutting progress is smaller as a result.

        Please only resharpen when DRY!
