    The high-quality raw materials ensure a long service life and maximum
    cutting performance.

    The bonding and diamond concentration on the cutting edge are ideally
    matched to the degree of hardness of the recommended materials.

    PREMIUM LINE products with open cutting degrees are equipped on the main blade
    with a tension roller ring and are therefore particularly precise.

    The SUPER TURBO, UNI and ABRASIV models are equipped with
    overload fluid to prevent overheating of the blade.

    All PREMIUM LINE diamond cutting discs are safety-tested
    and comply with European standard EN 13236.

    With special bonding (titanium grain) for hard construction materials.
    Laser-welded cutting segments suitable for heavy
    continuous professional use. For wet and
    dry cutting, ideal for granite and porphyry!

  • Smooth running and cutting depth

    Always ensure a light, straight cut when cutting.
    Move in the cutting direction only, with no lateral load. Pull through the cut with a steady motion, do not move back and forth in the material.
    Do not exert heavy cutting pressure. The weight of the cutting unit is sufficient. Select the cutting depth so that the cutting process is easy. If the cutting speed drops audibly,
    first set a smaller cutting depth and then complete the cut with an additional second / third pass.
