• Two-stage piston compressors

  A two-stage compressor has two cylinders arranged in series that compress the air in two steps to the final pressure. In between, the
  compressed air is cooled by air. This improves the efficiency and at the same time a higher pressure can be achieved than with a single-stage compressor.
