Product-Highlights

  • Ergonomic, semi-automatic

    Universal semi-automatic bandsaw with a robust cast-iron saw frame and saw band measuring 27 mm Material tension and feed of the saw frame are hydraulically controlled during cutting, material feed is controlled manually by the operating personnel. The complete cutting cycle is activated by pressing the start button.
    After cutting through the material, the saw frame returns automatically to its upper setting position. By switching the system to manual operating mode, it is possible to control all of the system functions separately. The cast-iron design of the saw frame helps to dampen vibrations better than a welded construction. A precise carbide guid for the saw blade, a saw frame joint that is positioned in pre-tensioned ball bearings and synchronised brushes to remove the chips ensure an outstanding cutting performance. The saw blade is driven by an industrial drive with frequency converter and gearbox with diagonal teeth in an oil bath. The saw blade speed is continuously variable in the range from 20 to 120 m/min, which significantly increases the service life of the saw blades and the productivity of the system.
    The saw frame can be adjusted in the range 45°-0°/90°-60° on both sides while maintaining the clamped material in a constant position and the main vice is strong, both features that make the system versatile.
